FSR merger tool – first experiences

The Commission is assessing the first notifications under the FSR merger tool and more cases are in pre-notification. Companies and advisors have found solutions to the unavoidable teething issues with the new tool, and the Commission has worked on the line to take for recurrent questions. The lunch talk will report on these first experiences and aim to draw lessons from these first cases.
